Gahr Wins California State Band Championships!!

Congratulations to the Gahr High School Marching Gladiators on winning the 2021 California State Band Championships this past weekend! After taking 1st place in Division 5A Finals, Gahr advanced to the 4A/5A/6A State Finals and won 1st place with a score of 94.375!! This now marks Gahr's SEVENTH consecutive California State Band Championship title.

This achievement is a result of countless hours of hard work and dedication from the students, our instructional staff, our band booster parents, and alumni. To make this happen, it takes an army of parents sewing uniforms, building props, transporting equipment, and so much more. We would like to thank Gahr principal Dr. Ricardo Lois, the Gahr High School administration and staff, the ABC Unified School District, and the ABCUSD School Board for their support of music education in our schools.
