END-OF-YEAR ANNOUNCEMENTS
Thank you again to everyone who watched last week’s Awards Banquet, and congratulations to all our students and parents on an incredible year! We are pleased to announce that our End-of-Year DVD is now a two-disc set and contains never-before-seen material! Orders placed by Monday, June 1st, will be able to be picked up in the front office by your student on their textbook return day. Special thanks to Mr. Islas for putting this together!

GAHR TEXTBOOK/ELECTRONIC/INSTRUMENT RETURNS 📚🎺
Gahr students will participate in a textbook and electronics drop-off, along with distribution of yearbook, awards, and personal items on the dates below. In addition to these items, all seniors must return school instruments and equipment. Please follow the protocols that have been provided by the school. Mr. Loney plans to be at school for all the textbook return days if you need to get anything from the Band Room or to return instruments.

In addition to any updates we can provide, this is a great opportunity to meet your 2020-21 Booster Board. We are limited to 100 participants, so please use one device per family if possible. BAND REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT 📝
All incoming AND returning members of the Gahr Marching Gladiators need to fill out the 2020 Band Registration Form. This replaces many of the band camp forms and will cut down on paperwork. There is a link to the 2020-21 Handbook in the form. Thank you for helping us get off to a good start as we prepare to come back to school.

PERFORMANCE ENSEMBLE EXPERIENCE! 🎼
Thank you so much to all the students who turned in their Performance Ensemble Experience videos for the piece, “The Phoenix.” In addition to this counting for your band or percussion “final” for second semester, this is a really cool project and you’ll have something to remember this crazy time period!

WHAT NOW? ⁉️
Stay on top of your school work and studies, not only for this semester, but so you are able to excel with your classes as you advance to next semester. As far as music, keep practicing and challenge yourself to learn solos and etudes! We will also have music from our production, “Larger Than Life,” available soon. Please know that Mr. Loney will do everything possible to make next year fun, worthwhile, and memorable!
