FINAL DONATION DUE THIS FRIDAY — The 4th Donation of $125 (or your remaining account balance) is due this Friday, October 29th. We cannot pay our instructional staff or for production costs without your donation. Make an online payment here: https://www.gahrband.org/store/p/make-a-donation. Checks are always made payable to "Gahr Band Boosters." If you’re making a cash payment, make sure you get a receipt from Mr. Loney before turning it into the drop box. GAHR INVITATIONAL UPDATE — The Gahr Invitational Field Show Tournament is only TWO WEEKS away!! Thank you to everyone who came to last week’s Field Show Committee Meeting! We had a huge turn out and are gearing up for our biggest and best Gahr Invitational yet.
If you have not signed up for a shift at the Gahr Invitational Field Tournament, these are the areas that we still need help in: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090d49abae29a2fc1-gahr. This is by far our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we need all hands on deck to make it a success.
There is a mandatory meeting for all students, parents, and alumni next Wednesday, November 3rd at 6:30PM in the Gahr HS Stadium. We will be doing a walk-through of the field show tournament and splitting off into the volunteer area you signed up for.

HOME FOOTBALL GAME & SENIOR NIGHT — This Friday 10/29 is our last home football game. Wear your “LARGER THAN LIFE” show shirt to school, and make sure you bring everything you need for full uniform. We will have a short rehearsal/run-through after school, dinner break (PROVIDED!), and then 5:30PM call time to change to full uniform and run pep tunes before the game. WE WILL BE RECOGNIZING OUR SENIOR STUDENTS AT FRIDAY’S GAME! SENIOR PARENTS — PLEASE ACCOMPANY YOUR SON/DAUGHTER ON THE STADIUM TRACK AT 6:15PM FOR THEIR NAMES TO BE READ.
PARENTS: We need your help with concessions at the game! We will be running concessions for the entire game starting with set up at 4:45 PM to approximately 9:30 PM. We will meet at the band room at 4:45 PM to collect equipment and concession items to walk over to the stadium. Because we have Senior Night to recognize our senior band students, we will need non-senior parents to help with set up and first shift.
