THIS WEEK #2
Congratulations on a successful first week of school!! We had a busy week with after school marching band rehearsals, our reboot of the Jazz Band, our first home football game, and our first Saturday practice! Keep up the great work as we continue making more progress on our 2021 field show production. Please join us this Wednesday for our Booster Parent Kick-Off Meeting at 6:30PM in the Band Room! On Thursday, join us for a dinner night fundraiser at Frantone’s Pizza and Spaghetti Villa.
PARENTS: Thank you so much to everyone who came to Friday’s game to help run concessions, push on equipment, and to cheer for the band! We also had a tremendous turnout on Saturday for our uniform sewing and prop building parties, as well as making and serving lunch. We look forward to seeing you this Wednesday, September 1st for our Kick-Off Booster Meeting at 6:30PM in the Band Room!! If you signed up to be an official booster and you haven’t received your lanyard or t-shirt, we will have them available for pick up. We have a fantastic parent team this year and it's not too late to be a part of the fun!
Our first Dinner Night Fundraiser is this Thursday, September 2nd from 5:00PM-10:00PM at FRANTONE’S PIZZA AND SPAGHETTI VILLA - located at 10808 Alondra Blvd., Cerritos, CA 90703 (near Home Depot). Show the flyer and 25% will be donated to the music program. They also will honor the fundraiser for TO GO orders as well!
